Meet Olivia Cheng, who joined Daedalus as a Software Engineer in April 2024. Before Daedalus, Olivia worked on a range of software projects, including an embedded AI/ML for brain-computer interfaces at Facebook/Meta Reality Labs in New York City. Olivia’s love of collaboration, problem-solving, and bringing new products to market makes her a valued member of our Software Engineering team.
Hailing from Chicago, she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022 where she studied interdisciplinary philosophy, math, and computer science, with emphases on logic and the ethics of technology. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring the city of Pittsburgh, and is a classically-trained choral singer.
