Sonakshi joined Daedalus in April 2024. As a multidisciplinary designer, Sonakshi brings a rich background in product design, user experience, and research. Prior to joining Daedalus, she worked across diverse industries, including consumer electronics and household appliances, and had the opportunity to collaborate with big brands, including WAHL, Decathlon, and McDonald's.
Originally from India, she completed her Bachelor’s in Industrial Design at ISD Rubika before pursuing a Master’s in Industrial Design at the Florence Design Academy in Italy. She recently relocated to Pittsburgh to be with her partner, Priyansh. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, playing board games, experimenting with recipes, and exploring new travel destinations.
