Our client engaged us to develop coaching sessions for select members of their team related to voice of the consumer research. Over several weeks we created detailed lesson plans that guided these individuals through planning, conducting, and analyzing user research.
For each stage of the VOC process, we provided best practice guidelines and concrete examples from past research projects, with guidance on how to tailor the process for their markets of interest. As we progressed through the coaching sessions, our client completed an in-house VOC research project, and we provided real-time feedback and recommendations for each stage to ensure a successful outcome.
