For several years Clarion University’s Small Business Development Center hosted a Product Development and Commercialization Forum: From Idea to Invention to Marketplace. The program was part of an educational series highlighting the Northwest Pennsylvania Innovation Support Program.
Daedalus spoke on the topic of Understanding Your Users with a focus on conducting small-scale low-cost design research, including how best to reach out to and develop a keen understanding of target markets and potential users and including the dos and don’ts of interviewing and observation.
